Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

There is no contract. Cancel anytime from the customer billing portal (linked in your receipt and on our pricing page), or email hello@citedkitchens.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month: you will not be charged again, and you keep receiving lists until that month ends.

No refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including for partial months and unused weeks, except where a refund is required by law.

Missed or late lists

If a scheduled Monday list is not delivered by the end of the next business day, we will credit your account with one free week of service for that category. The credit is added to your account, no claim needed. This credit is the only remedy for a late or missed list.

Billing questions

Please contact us at hello@citedkitchens.com before disputing a charge with your bank; we usually resolve billing issues within 1 business day.
